 The 'Asian Chef Cookng Class Series' was a new event for 2011. Held on Friday 29th September 2010 the Chinese Cooking class and Monday 3rd October 2011 for Thai Cooking class, the event featured two renowed Asian Chefs; Ken from the Bund Shanghai and Van from Vanidols and Infusion.  Both chefs prepared and demonstrated two signature Asian dishes over two enjoyable afternoons. The aim of the cooking class series was to expand people's knowledge and undestanding of Asian food.  Feedback from participants was fabulous....with many looking forward to 2012 classes!
