Introducing the Tourism and Hospitality Networking Team Persia Brooks, Olivia Cole and Bronson Chen.

Integral to our Advanced Diploma studies is a major project; our project focus is to create networking opportunities for industry and fellow students studying Tourism and Hospitality at Drysdale Campus. Also apart of our project we have created a NetworkinG newsletter, which will introduce the drysdale LINK, our tourism business and other student teams working towards Advanced Diploma’s of Tourism and Hospitality.  The 2011 Tourism and Hospitality Networking Event will give industry professionals and Drysdale Students the opportunity to get together in a relaxed and social environment to build relationships.

As students we believe that it is important for the industry to know what it is that Drysdale essentially offers and how we offer it. It is a great way to share business information and also to see who your competitors are, attain ideas and become familiar with the latest tourism and hospitality news. The event will promote Drysdale as a training institute to potential employees and students, but will also promote students for possible job opportunities.

In addition it’s an opportunity for us to invite you to our Tourism and Hospitality networking event on
Wednesday 19 th of October 2011, Drysdale Campus, 59 Collins Street from 4.30pm till 6.30pm.

Chief Executive Officer of Tourism Tasmania Tony Mayell has agreed to be our guest speaker for the evening. Drinks and Canapés will be provided.
