The project aims to design, manage and implement a series of in house functions starting 22nd April and finishing 18th November. The functions will be held in the Drysdale restaurant and the Collins room at 59 Collins Street, Hobart and will include corporate clients, volunteer clubs and organisations, university students and community services groups. Each group will enjoy food and beverages depending on their requirements.
