‘The Isle of Spirits’ is a promotional and informative event which is a rare opportunity for participants to experience first hand knowledge from Tasmanian distillers. This extraordinary event brings together the 5 Tasmanian distilleries to market their high quality, unique, liquors and spirits. The event will provide an opportunity for you to sample the wide range of products with the producers. This event will have you leaving with increased knowledge and experience of Tasmanian liquors and spirits.

The "Isle of Spirits" is a tasting and exhibiting event promoting products produced by Tasmanian distilleries including:

 

-The Nant Estate

-Lark Distillery

-Tasmania Distillery

-Strait Drinks

-Trappers Hut

 

The event will include tastings and an opportunity for people to interact with the distillers face to face.

 

The event will be held on Monday August 10th at Drysdale House. 59 Collins St Hobart and will divided into 2 separate sessions.

 

-A no charge industry only session from 15:00-1700

-And a ticketed session opens to the general public from 18:00-20:00 at $15 pp

 

The event will also feature a separate dedicated master class hosted by distillers Bill Lark (Lark Distillery), Chris Condon (The Nant Estate) and Patrick Maguire (Tasmania Distillery)

 

The Master class will run for approx 45 min and will include tastings, comparisons and discussions on key products from each of the distilleries.
