About this project

The Master Class team will design and manage a series of master classes during winter. The evenings will feature local chefs and wine makers.

The first Master Class in the series was held on Wednesday July 22nd. The night featured Scott Heffernan from Smolt restaurant and Tony Scherer from Frogmore Creek Winery. The first event was a great success with tickets sold out.

The second Master Class in the series will be held on Wednesday August 26th. This event will feature Scott Butler Executive Chef at the Bay Hotel.  Each course will be complimented with wine matched by Ben Vaughan and Kirk Denne from Domaine Wine Shippers. The menu for the night will be themed around a “Harmony of Flavours” which uses three core ingredients; Vanilla Beans, Olives and Blue Cheese.

Tickets are on sale now for $95.00. Ticket includes a 30 minute master class and 5 course meal with wine matching. To secure your place for this unique event please contact Nick or Emma on 62 33 2777. Payment at the time of booking is required.
